Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for the Tango Infusion Neotango Marathon (hereinafter referred to as “the Event”), participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for the Event.
2. Eligibility
The Event is open to all individuals aged 18 years and older. Participants under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to participate. The organizers reserve the right to verify the eligibility of participants.
3. Registration
Participants must complete the registration process and pay the applicable fees by the specified deadline. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Registration does not guarantee acceptance into the Event. The acceptance process is independent of registration and may occur after registration, considering dance role balance or the number of participants, which can be determined exclusively by the Organizer.
4. Cancellation Policy
Participants may cancel their registration and receive a refund according to the following schedule:
- 100% refund for cancellations made until September 30.
- 50% refund for cancellations made until October 21.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations made after October 21.
5. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner throughout the Event. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate disqualification from the Event.
6. Health and Safety
Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the Event. It is recommended that participants consult with a healthcare professional prior to participating in physical activities. The organizers are not liable for any injuries or health issues that may arise during the Event.
7. Liability Waiver
By participating in the Event, participants agree to release and hold harmless the organizers, sponsors, and venue from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the Event.
8. Photography and Media Release
Participants grant the organizers the right to take photographs and videos during the Event for promotional purposes. Participants may be featured in promotional materials, and their images may be used without compensation.
9. Changes to the Event
The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the Event at their discretion. Participants will be notified of any significant changes via email or through the Event website.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary.
